2. Client Responsibilities : Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to facilitate services. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts as needed to support our work.
3. Payment Terms : All fees are as outlined in our proposal/contract and must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Payment delays may lead to service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless specified in the Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property : Content, designs, or creatives developed by us remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for the intended business purpose. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of our work is prohibited.
5. Confidentiality : Both parties commit to keeping confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.
6. Termination : Either party may terminate with written notice. Clients are liable for payments up to the termination date for services rendered.
7. Limitation of Liability : We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, or from third-party platforms that we assist with.
8. Changes to Terms : We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
Refund Policy
We strive to deliver quality results. However, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refunds : Refunds may be provided under these circumstances:
- Payment for unused services (e.g., if you cancel before services begin).
- Service was not delivered as promised, as per written agreement.
- Request for refund is made within 30 days of payment.
2. Non-Refundable
- Services already rendered, partial or full.
- Any customized or personalized deliverables once delivered.
- Fees paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) or as ad spend.
- Transaction charges and applicable taxes.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Method
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
5. Disputes
If you’re dissatisfied with the refund decision, you may request a review. If unresolved, your rights under Indian law remain protected.
6. Amendments
